• Sizes are approximate and may vary slightly.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, Etsy). Salty Souls Decor does not store your card details.

4. Shipping & Delivery

​

• Shipping within Australia is included in the artwork price (for rolled canvases only).

• International shipping incurs a flat-rate fee of AUD $36 (for rolled canvases only).

• Customers requesting stretched artworks on pine frames are responsible for additional shipping costs (often upwards of AUD $60).

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Salty Souls Decor is not liable for delays caused by postal services, couriers, or customs.

• International customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or charges in their own country.

5. Refunds & Returns

• Change of mind: Refunds or exchanges are not offered for change-of-mind purchases.

• Commissions: Custom artworks are non-refundable.

• Damaged/Faulty items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos for a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
