This Refunds & Returns Policy is provided in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify your rights under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Salty Souls Decor reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
Refund Policy - the basics
Salty Souls Decor takes great care in creating and packaging each artwork and product. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase:

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose your artwork carefully.

Custom/Commissioned Works: Due to their personalised nature, custom artworks and commissions are non-refundable.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange either a replacement (where possible) or a refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns Process: To request a return for a faulty item, please email us with your order number and details. Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
